Lets face it for many of us, just the mention of a head shot appointment brings out a zit on the tip of our nose. If you’re getting a little older like me, some of those blemishes are permanent. When your photographer is a skilled Photoshop professional, you can be assured that your photo will always look great.
I took this photo of Aaron yesterday. You can see what it looked like out of the camera and after I touched it up in Photoshop. Click on it for a larger view.

I love coffee and when I’m slammed you might see me at the drive in window at Starbucks. When I have time, I like to go to the small shops that roast their own beans. Like Brown and Company Coffee on 15th Ave East in Shoreline. They make a great Latte and from what I hear really great hot chocolate.

This little guy wanted his photo taken. He sat very patiently as I unpacked a suitable camera and mounted up my telephoto lens. He’s quite spectacular in an ordinary sort of way.

Don’t you think the the Camp Long main building would look better if they lost the parking lot and planted grass in front. http://www.seattle.gov/parks/environment/history.htm

Every year on National Pie day, my friend Mary Schile hosts a benefit fund raiser for Marsha Rivkin Center for Ovarian Cancer Research. A small donation gets you some great pie and some fantastic pie songs from local area bands. This year Mary invited me out to shoot a few shots of the event. It was a hoot. That’s Mary in her best red pie outfit. This years event was held at the Salmon Bay Elks Club in Ballard. I hope to see you there next year on Nation Pie Day.
